As a Certified General Appraiser and AQB-Certified USPAP Instructor, Dr. Henderson has trained thousands of valuation professionals and served as a trusted voice on issues of ethics, bias, and equity in appraisal practice. His leadership roles with The Appraisal Foundation—including serving as Chair of the Advisory Council and Chair of the AQB Issues Committee—reflect a commitment to elevating professional standards and supporting the development of a more informed and inclusive valuation community.

Dr. Henderson’s contributions to the field include nationally recognized coursework in advanced appraisal techniques, including regression analysis, green valuation, and investment analysis. He has authored and taught courses for both licensing and continuing education and has been honored for his excellence in real estate education, including receiving the Marvin Dean Excellence in Education Award.

He has testified as an expert witness in real property matters across multiple jurisdictions, drawing upon his deep technical knowledge and his ability to communicate complex topics clearly and credibly.
